Had a few things throughout the day this time. Had a spinach and feta wrap, a southwest chicken panini, a fruit and walnut salad, and one of these:
An artisan breakfast sandwich with ham from Starbucks.
The name is a little grandiose. But it was pretty good. They've improved the sandwiches a lot recently.
Finished the day off by treating myself to a small ice cream cone.
Less than 1600 calories on the day I'm pretty sure.
I'd like to weigh 180lbs now, please.
