Day 8 - The Ice Pops

Hello blog.

Similar to yesterday, I ate small quantities of Japanese candies.

I had two of these ice pops (which were very good), and 9 chocolate pocky sticks. So about 190 calories total.

Looking forward to movie theatre popcorn with M&Ms on Wednesday.

Lost another pound.

So I'm already just 2lbs away from new photos. I'm really curious to see if there's any noticeable difference from 286 to 266. I don't think I look any smaller, really, but we'll see. Though my pants are getting looser.

I'm planning to eat tomorrow, which will probably gain me a few pounds in water/food weight, then that'll drop pretty quickly. I think new photos will be before Christmas.

  1. Eric, I am concerned for you. When you do eat it is empty calories from candy. Try to remember that there is really no such thing as "Junk food". There is just food and junk. All you seem to be consuming is junk. You need real food to survive.

    You may be losing weight, but you aren't going to be any healthier than you were when you began on this path. I urge you to reconsider. A lot of people have taken the time to leave you comments and let you know that we care about you and don't want to see you continue to harm yourself.

    I kinda keep coming back to watch the train wreck. Harsh? Probably. Mean? Probably. But really...really!!! Is this REALLY making you feel good? How are you even coherent?

    I agree with the first poster, people are taking the time to let you know they care. This isn't the way to do it, Eric. Really.

  4. I wholeheartedly agree 110% with every comment here plus all the others on your previous posts.

    This is absolutely NOT the way to do this! Do you have any idea of how ill you are going to become if you continue with this "method" of weight loss?

    There is only one way that you can lose weight and keep it off, in a HEALTHY manner - and that is a nutrient-rich (a.k.a. vegetables-fruit-lean protein-lean dairy-healthy fats) diet in reasonable, moderate portions and daily exercise. I don't know if you are exercising right now, but I suspect not since you'd probably be in the hospital by now if you tried!!

    You also seem to be completely ignoring the advice everyone is trying to give you, so you must be:

    a. doing this strictly for attention
    b. genuinely unaware of the connection yet in regards to what you should be doing to lose weight in a sane fashion, or
    c. (as another poster mentioned above) committing suicide.

    I certainly hope option "b" is what we're talking here!

    I don't even know what to say. If this is a game or a joke...THIS IS REALLY SAD!! If this is for real, THIS IS REALLY SAD.

  7. I thought that a long time ago that we were being taken for a ride but I keep coming back for a look just like a train wreck.

    Many of us have offered suggestions of what to read and where to go for meal plans but we've been ignored.

    I think most people, even those who are overweight, know that you still need to eat to survive. Eating exotic candy and salty noodles or "fasting" is not proper nourishment for your body or mind.
